Quench your thirst and learn the age old art of beer brewing with farm staff-German Style at the Heritage Farm of Spring Valley Nature Center's annual German Beer Brewing event. Program includes a brief history of German-American breweries in the Midwest, brewing techniques and tastings of different styles of German beers.
